We tailor the service we provide to suit each client’s individual needs, if required we can arrange for plan drawing, interior design, engineering, and council approval to make your concept a reality. By thoroughly planning and finalising selections before on-site works commence, it enables us to maintain momentum during the renovation and complete works as efficiently as possible.
Through our experiences we have created a supplier and subcontractor network which also specialise in renovation works, they understand the urgency required at different stages for labour and materials requirements. Pending on the scale of the renovation we provide a dedicated site foreman who is responsible for the day-to-day site happenings, this presence provides leadership and quality assurance for all disciplines involved in the renovation.
